Tom, who is one of the owner/partners, was extremely professional and very nice. He was thorough and neat. He was here for about four hours which is what he said it would take. The first visit, he explained everything that he would be doing and patiently answered all of our questions. He then prepared a work order with a diagram of the house and indicated where he would be drilling and digging. He came when he said he would, early in the AM, and worked steadily. He was very careful and neat. We haven”t had any problems since and Anteater Exterminating Inc. will come back with no charge to retreat if needed. We are very pleased with this company. We recommended them to our next door neighbors and a different technician came out to do their house. He also was very nice and knowledgeable.We took advantage of the “Big Deal” and were very happy with the price. Also, we got a 5 year warranty with this service and were particularly pleased that the warranty is transferable within that timeframe. All in all, if we had to go through this, we are pleased that we found this company to help us. And we are very happy with Angie’s List helping us with it
